Living and Dining
Bright, cosy, and open-plan, the living area showcases the home’s signature sloping ceilings and exposed timber beams. A comfortable wraparound sofa, flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to unwind after a day at the beach. Glass doors open directly onto the grassy outdoor area, framing endless ocean views.

The space includes a rustic six-seat dining table, ideal for slow shared meals and long summer evenings. A narrow original timber staircase leads to the upstairs bedrooms and features a retractable child safety gate at the top for peace of mind.
Kitchen
Recently renovated yet true to the home’s coastal character, the fully equipped kitchen includes generous bench space, microwave, oven, cooktop, and dishwasher. A stylish timber breakfast bar with four stools offers the perfect spot for casual dining throughout the day.
Bedrooms
The A-Frame comfortably accommodates six guests in charming attic-style bedrooms with classic sloping ceilings. The master bedroom opens onto a private balcony with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy magical sunrise views over the ocean.
Bathroom and Laundry
The white-tiled bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and single vanity, and doubles as a laundry space with a newly installed washer and dryer for added convenience.
Outdoor Living
A spacious, flat grassed area wraps around the home, offering plenty of room for kids to play, summer cricket matches, or relaxed BBQs with a breathtaking ocean backdrop. Keep an eye out for dolphins gliding below and the unforgettable migration of Humpback whales during winter, visible right from the garden.

A covered outdoor entertaining area extends from the living room and features a timber dining table, bench seating, BBQ facilities, and sun loungers.​

Pets are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space too, though the property is not fenced, so please supervise carefully.

This 3-bedroom house offers accommodation with security, safety, a child-friendly environment, and an oceanfront experience, for your convenience. This house features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or a longer vacation with family, friends or a group. The rental house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom to make you feel right at home.
Other things to note
This is an original A Frame, although the downstairs has been fully renovated the internal stairs are original, narrow and very steep. There is a retractable child gate at the top of the stairs to stop toddlers from falling down the stairs; however, this should be taken into consideration prior to booking. If mobility is an issue, please reach out to discuss further, as this may not be suitable.
